All classes are well-attended and open to everyone. Our sessions are inclusive—beginners and experienced participants practice together, each person absorbed in their own calm, flowing movements.
Some join to support their general health, while others come with specific health conditions, learning disabilities, or physical limitations. You’re welcome to take breaks during class or have a chair nearby if needed. Everyone is supported and respected.
🕒 Class Times
All of the classes are currently full and each one has its own waiting list.
They’re very popular and people tend to stay once they join, so I’m not able to say when a space might become available. I’m happy to add your name to any waiting list, but please note that it may be many months before a place opens up.
Because each class has a separate list, please let me know which class (or classes) you’d like to be added to.
Tuesdays: 2:00–3:00pm

9:30–10:30am
11:00am–12:00 noon
