Gentle Qigong for wellbeing
Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice of gentle, flowing movements combined with calm breathing. It is accessible to all ages and abilities and requires no equipment.
Programme Content
– Series of 50 minute sessions introducing Shibashi, a widely-practised sequence of 18 gentle movements.
– An illustrated talk on the history, principles, and benefits of Qigong and Tai Chi.
– Continuing online access to video of Shibashi together with movement names, so guests can continue at home after their cruise.

About the Presenter
Lincoln Allen, is an experienced Qigong and Tai Chi practitioner and teacher. He specialises in making these practices accessible, enjoyable, and memorable for all. His approach is gentle, cultural, and focused on both guest enrichment and fitness training.
